Our prefabricated building adopts high-zinc cold-formed thin-walled steel keels as the main load-bearing structure. All steel components are CNC cut, punched and hot-dip galvanized in factory. On-site installation only requires bolt connection without cast-in-place concrete. It is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional brick-concrete construction. We customize single & double-story villas, holiday homestays, site offices, warehouses and camp cabins. We support full-container sea shipment, and offer complete structural drawings, component production and on-site technical guidance.

The integrated bolt-connected frame weighs only 1/4 of brick houses, cutting foundation costs and adapting to complicated geological conditions.
  2. Excellent Seismic & Wind Resistance The integral truss structure can withstand magnitude 8–9 earthquakes and grade 12 typhoons. Steel absorbs seismic energy via deformation to prevent collapse. Ideal for mountainous areas, coastal typhoon zones and seismic regions.

Frame Structure (Match the Real Photo)

  1. Reinforced columns plus triangular trusses provide two-way bracing, forming a stable triangular mechanical system to avoid frame deformation.
  2. No welding joints on the whole structure. Full hot-dip galvanization ensures long-term rust protection even in high-salt coastal environments.
  3. CNC standardized production keeps dimensional tolerance within ±0.5mm. All components fit tightly without on-site cutting.
